By using FastReplyCRM® you can plan when to send periodic emails or a specific one immediately along with specific distribution lists.

The distribution lists are created directly in the system by using filters that choose homogeneous groups of guests and/or possible future guests for your hotel. They can be created by selecting on a customer data basis, depending on the booking channel, average length of stay, generated income, average purchase cost, dates of stay, interests and language.

There are also filters available that exclude any “technical” email addresses used by the booking channels as well as any duplicate details in the system.
