With dishes chosen in advance.
Guests on half board can select their dishes from the menu in advance. Knowing their choices helps the restaurant organise kitchen work, plan preparation and align purchasing with actual needs, reducing the risk of surplus and waste.

The panel includes search and filters by status and date, room details, party size, date and dishes, plus the full reservation details. Received requests have a confirmation action.
Guests submit a request; the restaurant reviews and confirms it in the panel.

Can the restaurant see which dishes guests selected?
Yes. The reservation includes contact details and dish selections; you can view the details in the panel.
Is the weekly menu the same as the one set as the latest?
These are two separate routes: the weekly menu follows the selected day, while the fixed URL opens the menu the restaurant chose with “Set as Latest”.
How do I manage incoming requests?
View requests, guest details and selected dishes in the panel. Use the confirmation action to confirm a received reservation.
