PREFERENCES AND CRM

Answers live on
beyond the survey.

With Survey connected to FastReply, collected information returns to the guest profile. Preferences become a starting point for more relevant relationships.

Receptionist with a guest profile linked to interests in hiking, cycling and seaside activities
The team finds guests’ stated interests in the CRM, from hiking to seaside activities.

From listening to a group of guests.

  1. The guest responds

The survey collects the requested information in the context of a stay or email journey.

  2. The answer populates a parameter

Values and tags associated with responses enter the CRM as guest parameters within polls and surveys.

  3. The preference becomes a filter

Use parameters to select groups with shared characteristics in records, lists and FastReply automation conditions.

A specific preference.
A more relevant message.

Illustrative example: a question about local activities captures an interest in hiking. If the answer is associated with a configured value, that parameter can help select interested guests.

The group can be used in communication journeys set up by the property.

Preference and consent are different information

Expressing an interest in a survey does not automatically subscribe a guest to marketing communications. Use of lists must respect consent recorded in FastReply.

Questions about the integration

Do values and rules need to be configured?

Yes. The process depends on associating responses with values or tags and on the filters and rules set up in FastReply. Segmentation is not automatic without configuration.

Where can I find the information?

Integrated responses appear as parameters in the FastReply CRM guest profile, available for selections and conditions.
